Available Models

TaurTek kits can be adapted to fit a wide range of vehicles. Unfortunately, TaurTek does not supply kits for the following:
- Vehicles originally built as two-seaters or vehicles that are structurally too small inside for a TaurTek kit to be feasible. (This includes regular and some extended-cab pickups, as well as a number of 2+2 sports cars such as the Porsche 911.)
- Convertibles/Retractable hardtops. (TaurTek kits utilize a seat belt system suspended from the vehicle's B-pillars. Convertibles have no B-pillar and often have their shoulder belts anchored into the seatback. Cars equipped with TaurTek kits do not have a seatback and so have no place to safely anchor the seat belt assembly. This compromises safety.)

The above vehicles are examples of some of the cars that are not compatible with TaurTek kits.

A TaurTek kit can be installed in your classic car if you so desire, but keep in mind that much of the work involved in installation cannot be reversed easily. Most classic cars do not have shoulder belts, and not every part of a TaurTek kit simply bolts on. This may pose a problem if the car is ever sold and the next owner wishes to return it to stock configuration.

Basically, TaurTek can supply a kit for most vehicles equipped with B-pillars (some exclusions apply) and seating for four or more human-sized occupants. From there, the choice is yours.
